What the heck is Tea Bag Tag Therapy (TBTT)?

Good question! I love Yogi teas and in particular Egyptian Licorice. Regardless of the flavour, these teabags all come with an inspiring quote on the bag tag.

Since I drink tea generally in the morning, I’ve found these little quotes on the tags to be inspirations or benedictions for my day. I am hopeful that you might too.
